Chapter 4: I’d better kill myself
Outside the door
Before the journalists could leave, the Delahoz family arrived. Senona, in her white dress, stood out in the crowd.
Allyce approached with her chin raised and before she could begin to speak, Senona said with a sad face, “Allyce, why are you still like this, your abortion from that year in high school … . Ah!”
“Applause!”
Allyce slapped her hard.
Senona was an elegant white lotus and the eldest daughter of the Delahoz family; she was courted by countless noble men. She protected her honour at all times. But the second daughter of the Delahoz family, Allyce, was notorious.
Thus, although Allyce slapped Senona in public, Senona never defended herself.
The reporters were still taking pictures and Senona was covering her face. Her gaze fell on Severo, who was imposing and standing behind Allyce. Senona’s eyes turned grim. damn, the little bitch was lucky it wasn’t Richie.
Still, as long as the objective was achieved, there was no problem.
“Allyce, don’t be stubborn, just apologise to Grandpa when he comes back.” Senona covered her face, tears in her eyes.
Allyce stepped forward and grabbed Senona’s neck with her hand, then leaned close to her ear and said coldly, “Senona, this time you’d better kill me or I’ll pay you back for everything you’ve done to me while I’m still alive!
That said, Senona turned away viciously as Allyce arrogantly shoved the people in front of her, one by one, striding away.
Seeing that Severo was leaving from behind, the journalists did not dare to obstruct Allyce any further.
The journalists were brought in by Senona. Since Allyce had gone, naturally they had to go too.
Severo was there, his gaze seemed unfathomable.
A high school abortion? She must have been a virgin last night.
There were footsteps approaching.
Severo looked up and saw Senona standing in front of him, half of her face swollen. He gave her a cold look and turned to leave.
Senona said quietly: “Sir, you seem like a kind man. I would like to apologise on behalf of Allyce. I won’t let the press release your photos because they could damage your reputation”.
The man was really attractive. She ordered her men to look for information about him. It turned out that he was not a big problem here, otherwise she would have liked this man too.
If any other man had seen Senona like this, he would even have given him his heart, but Severo just gave her a cold look, as if he had never met her, and then turned and left the place. This is property © NôvelDrama.Org.
Senona stood, stamping her foot in discontent. She didn’t care for the powerful people of Cloud City, and now she was bowing her own head to gently remind this man of that, but he didn’t appreciate it!
…
Allyce went back to her bachelor pad, got under the covers and fell fast asleep.
She knew that within two hours, all the headlines in Cloud City would be about her and Severo.
He didn’t wake up until it was dark, then he cooked some random noodles and sat down in front of his computer to surf the internet and browse through the various news items on the site.
Nothing has happened. Completely.
This was not Senona’s style.
Allyce put down her fork and turned on the television. She flipped through the countless news channels, but there was nothing about her. But she noticed one news item.
“The chairman of the European financial giant L. K. Group has recently returned home, but has never been seen in public ….”
Allyce thought about it carefully, this president of the L. K. Group was said to be very mysterious.
His appearance and age are unknown, as is his name. It was only known that he was from Cloud City and that he was a business legend. If compared to him, the so-called powerful people of Cloud City would be ashamed.
But the president of the L. K. Group had nothing to do with her.
As he turned off the television, he found it strange that there was no fuss about it. Suddenly, his mobile phone rang. She picked it up and saw what was on the screen. It was Casimiro Delahoz.
Allyce mentally prepared herself before answering the phone. She tried to soften her voice and say “grandfather”.
Casimiro growled on the other end of the line: “Come back now!
