The sleepover was fun, everyone went home after breakfast but we decided to hang out again soon. Right now I was cuddled into Jason’s side, we were watching tv. “I’m going downstairs, to get something to drink and some chips want anything?” He asked getting up. “Nope I’m good.” I said as my head hit the pillow. “Okay.” He said than left I sighed and got up I had to pee. I went and used the bathroom. “Hey Ce, are you okay?” I heard Jason call into the bathroom. “Yeah I’m fine why?” I asked drying my hands than coming out of the bathroom. “Are you bleeding?” He asked “What no?!” I said “Than explain that.” He said than pointed at the bed, I saw a circle of blood. “Oh my god..” I whispered I looked in my pants and saw blood. “Fuck!” I yelled Jason ran over and looked in my pants. I covered his eyes screaming. “Dude!” I yelled he laughed. “I’ve seen it before, are you on your period?” He asked removing my hand. My face turned beet red. “Awe babe it’s okay.” He said kissing my hand. “Can you go to the store and get me some pads please?” He asked “Of course.” He said letting my hand go, he went over to the closet. I went into the bathroom and took a shower. I washed up than got out there was a knock on the door. “I’m back.” I heard Jason say. “Did you get them?” I asked “Yep yep, the ones that have stars and hearts on them right? Oh they also smell good so you don’t smell like fish.” He said tossing them to me, I caught them but towel fell revealing all my goodies. His eyes scanned my body, he whistled. “Damn mama.” He said with a Puerto Rican accent, I rolled my eyes and grabbed the towel. I flipped him off as I opened the box. He left, I pulled on my underclothes along with a pad. I walked out of the bathroom and into our huge closet. I grabbed some old clothes and pulled them on. I took the sheets and washed them. I went upstairs and put new sheets on the bed and got something to eat. Today went by quickly before I knew it, I was fast asleep on the couch. “Ce, baby let me take you upstairs, wake up.” Jason said as he shook me. “What? No.” I said rolling over. “Fine.” He said getting up. *** It was cold and creepy. I didn’t know where I was? In the woods I heard insects chirping? I looked around and saw nothing but darkness. I was lonely and scared where was Jason?

I tried to wake up Ce so I could take her upstairs. She would be more comfortable but she said No. I got up and sat on the other couch, I fell asleep moments later. I was sleeping for I’m guessing a view hours because when I woke up, Ce wasn’t there anymore. I sat up slightly and looked around the living room. “Ce?” I called out. When I didn’t get a response, I got worried. I checked the whole house and I still couldn’t find her. I ran outside into the pouring rain. I couldn’t find her scent, it was barely there. I followed it best I could and found her laying in the mud a couple miles from the house. She was laying in the mud naked and shivering. “Cecilia, what are you doing?” I asked running over to her. I knelt down to her level seeing she was in her underclothes? I pulled off my flannel and lifted Ce up putting it on her. Her eyes shot opened and she screamed punching me in the jaw. “Damn it Cecilia!” I yelled grabbing my jaw. She looked at me blinking a few times, she had fear in her eyes. She looked so scared, I reached toward her she backed up a little. I wiped my face, it started raining harder. “Cecilia we have to get out of the rain.” I said holding my hand out. She took my hand and I lifted her to her feet. I stood and scooped her into my arms and took her home. Once we got home I grabbed some towels and a blanket. I wrapped a towel and blanket around Ce. She sat in front the fire place shivering. “What were you doing out there?” I asked “I d-don’t know.”
She said “Well you had to be out there for some reason, and you didn’t have any clothes on.” I said scratching my neck. She didn’t say anything “Are you even listening?” I questioned her head snap toward me and she nodded quickly. “I was sleep walking..” She said softly. “You didn’t tell me that you slept walk.” I said shaking out my hair. “I haven’t done it in a long time, since I was a kid.” She said rubbing her hands together. She looked tense and up tight. “You scared me you know? I was worried something bad happened to you.” I sat I closed my eyes for a second sighing. I looked back at her, she was looking at me closely. “I’m sorry, it won’t happen again.” She said like a kid who just broke something. “Are you okay?” I asked walking over to her and sitting down. The fire was warm and inviting, I could see why she sat her to begin with. “I’m fine, Jason I’m okay. I’m just a little shaken up that’s all.” She said scooting over to me and rested her head on my shoulder. I naturally wrapped my arms around her. She seemed to relax instantly. “Are you sure your okay?” I asked again looking down at her. Her long brown hair was damp and matted to her face. “Fine, I’m fine..” She said as she drifted into sleep, I pulled her into my lap and leaned back against the coffee table. I felt it move a little under the weight, I’m glad she isn’t hurt or worse dead. I don’t know what I would do if anything happened to my little birdie.
