Chapter 15
Chapter 15
part two
"love begun to hurt in the wildest ways possible, ever since I've given you my heart."

The clinking of wine glasses sent shivers down my spine. Being placed in an uncomfortable setting surrounded by people of a different status - it wasn't fun, to say the least.
Jungkook's hands had never left the side of my waist, his broad chest turning into a place of unexpected comfort. He clings onto me closely, the light touches of his fingers too intimate to be labelled a 'friend'.
But a few minutes into the party, he had to leave hurriedly for a reason I wasn't told about. Thus, I was now left alone, roaming the floor like a lost child.
So imagine my relief when my eyes landed on a familiar looking figure, leaning at the edge of the balcony. He seemed to be enjoying his solitude.
"Jimin.." I called him, approaching with small steps. He turns to face me, the strands of his silver hair glowing under the moonlight. It framed his equally ethereal facial structures.
"Soojung." he replies, the corner of his parted lips curving into a slight smirk. I stared at the way his body appeared leaning on the side of the balcony. And before I knew it, I was checking him out.
"...if you stare anymore, I'll feel embarrassed." his voice broke me into reality, and I felt a blush spread across my cheeks. It wasn't my fault, anyway. It was a different side of Jimin from his casual wear, the way the white sleeves were tucked tightly against the curves of his arms, and the blazer that laid neatly on his shoulder.
"Sorry." I glanced shyly at him, and then back to the moon. Jimin chuckles softly, before licking his dry lips and begun checking me out.
"you look beautiful." he complimented, running a hand slowly across his hair. Both pairs of eyes locked and it sucked the air out of my lungs. I was too distracted by how he gazed at me that my ears tuned out the noises inside the building, leaving my senses all focused on him.
And he seemed to give me his undivided attention as well. The smirk on his lips grew wider, the atmosphere heightened with tension. Jimin loosened his tie, adjusted his collar and started to walk closer to me.
"Do you know..." he trails off, his body inching closer to mine. I stepped back in response, eventually feeling my back hit the cold surface of the railings.
"...that as the night draws in, we become animals of sin?"
He leans close to my body, both his hands firmly gripping the rails on my sides. I studied his expression that darkened gradually, my heart beating out of place.
"Soojung, you walked right into a tiger's den - and do you not expect me to devour my prey?" he whispers to me, and I could feel his warm breath against my ear. My skin tingled at every little touch, turning sensitive and hot.
I shut my eyes tightly whilst he tilts his head, our lips barely touching. I couldn't tell how long I've held my breath, but I could hear the screams in my head when his arm wraps itself around my waist.
It was then I felt a distance between us, and i opened my eyes in shock.
"Let go." Jungkook grips my wrist tightly, pulling me away from Jimin. I observed the burning rage in his eyes as his line of sight focused on Jimin's arms that were around my waist.
"Jungkook," I intertwined my fingers with his, in attempts to calm him down. The look in his eyes softened as he felt my grip, and he leads me away from the balcony and into the hallway.
He brings me into a room with a beautiful cityline view behind a transparent glass window. It was too late to resist when he locks the door behind him, the two of us fully alone together with an entirety of possibilities running through my mind.
Without a moment's notice, my wildest imaginations indeed , begin to come alive. His eyes burned with hunger, an insatiable appetite surrounding his being. Jungkook carries me in his arms, placing me onto the bed and hovers over my body.
The two of us was stuck in a trance, in a storm that seemed too irresistible to bear. All barriers between us broke that moment, and I felt my feelings connect with his.
"you're driving me insane, and it's killing me, you know that?" Jungkook stares at me sensually, his eyes half closed and lips parted.
I watched as he unbuckles his watch, before throwing his blazer to the floor. He comes down onto me in an instant, my muscles tense against his touches.
He kisses me, morphing his lips passionately against mine. I could feel my lipstick smear onto his mouth, and the hand that run down my waist to my hips. It felt hot - yet cold at the same time. My mind was driven into a blissful madness.
I couldn't get a grip of the situation, only reacting to the irresistible touches of his hands. It was as if he had converted electric shocks into my system, leaving me numb and breathless.
I let out a small whimper when his hand slides over my thighs, pinning it down with a force I've never felt before.
When we parted our bodies, Jungkook stares down at me guiltily, the redness of his ears becoming even more obvious by the second. He caresses my cheek gently, trying to find something in my eyes that he's seeking for.
"I was..." he tries to explain his immense jealousy that struck him earlier, only to stutter at my presence. My eyes darted to his neck that glistened with sweat, and his lips that were now coated with the remnants of my lipstick.
"I'm sorry, Soojung. My parents told me upsetting things, that they refused to meet you. It frustrated me. And when I looked around, I saw Jimin hyung with you......"
I listened closely to him, letting my thumb run across his bottom lip to wipe away the residue.
"It kills me, it hurts to be caged in someone else's expectations. I want to love freely, I want to finally be able to earn my own happiness..."
Jungkook buries his face into my neck, his arms trapping me in a tight embrace. And I realized from his words, that his outstanding abilities weren't just derived from rare talent, it was countless hardwork he puts in to sustain his parents' expectations.

"...you have me." I said, caressing the soft strands of his hair. His hand tightened its grip on my body, unable to let go.
"and I'll be there for you, until the day you truly smile."
