Sweet Revenge By Nuit Chapter 3
Chapter 3
Chapter 3: How disgusting
Silvia looked down at the top of her feet and looked up calmly, “What’s wrong?”
“Where’s the information on the First Love? The lab has searched all over for it. Do you know what day it is today? You should stay in the lab properly. What are you always outside for?”
Following her line of sight, Ladarius also saw a tiny cut on the top of her foot and felt a moment of weakness, but quickly thought about the more important thing – about the competition tonight.
“Isn’t the new product presentation and competition in the evening? I thought there was still time, so I went to buy a dress to get ready.”
Before Ladarius could say anything, Vivienne laughed, “What are you still planning to attend?”
“I can’t?” She asked rhetorically, turning her eyes to her former friend.
Vivienne’s smile deepened, “It’s not that you can’t. I’m just worried you’ll have a hard time. And
haven’t you always stayed away from these kinds of events in the past?”
“Yeah, you never liked this fame and fortune chasing places. Just stay home and wait for our good news! Where’s the information?”
He was walking towards her.
Ladarius reached out to pat her shoulder, but Silvia deftly side-stepped just enough to avoid it.
Ladarius’s fingers gleamed, and when he saw her pull out a kraft paper bag, his attention was instantly diverted.
“The information is all there, right?”
He took it, probably not quite sure, opened it and carefully examined it, and then handed it to Vivienne.
The action was so natural, and Vivienne took it and casually swept a few eyes, the corners
of her lips curved into a satisfied smile.
She was not completely ignorant of perfume, but compared to Silvia, there was a lack of talent.
In addition, after she hooked up with Ladarius, she gave up on her acquired efforts, and over the years, her knowledge was almost forgotten, and she had been sitting on the credit book created by Silvia.
Holding the pile of information, she could almost see the competition trophy beckoning to her.
“Where are the samples?” Vivienne asked after her.
“Come pick them up from the lab before you leave.”
Silvia saw that the two were extremely excited to exchange glances right in front of her and her stomach turned nauseous, “Ladarius, is it true that I can’t attend the event tonight?
Ladarius froze and his eyebrows immediately furrowed,
“Silvia, what’s wrong with you? Didn’t I say that it’s all for your own good? Have you forgotten the rookie competition two years ago, you …”
“Of course, I’m not saying that it will definitely fail, but, think about everything. There is always an eventuality, in case something goes wrong, that…”
The latter word was cut, which looked as if they really were thinking about her.
If she hadn’t heard and seen them last night with her own eyes, Silvia would have been almost
moved to tears by the two of them.
Every word was for her, how considerate, how kind, how… disgusting! NôvelDrama.Org copyrighted © content.
“Well, since that’s the case, then I can only wish you guys have a wonderful night!”
After saying that she turned around, “I’ll go back to the lab first.”
Ladarius was busy nodding his head, “Yes, you hurry up and get the samples ready, make sure nothing goes wrong, understand?”
Silvia smiled coldly, of course she would, not a single thing would go wrong.
On the way she called Winnie. The voice on the other side was concerned, “Silvia, are you okay? By the way, Mr. Ladarius has been looking for you for most of the day.”
“I know.” Silvia focused on looking at the road while saying, “Winnie, are the things I asked you to prepare ready?”
“Ready, but … First Love has been debugged many times, are you sure you want to add a flavor to it
at this time?” Winnie asked with some concern.
Byher side for so long as an assistant, of Silvia’s ability and appreciation level, she had no doubt.
But the First Loveperfume had been in trials for months, with great celebrations when Silvia was also satisfied, so looking at the competition tonight, why tweak it now?
“Do you believe in me?”
“What are you talking about? I believe in you, of course, I believe in you! But are you really still not going to enter the race yourself?”
Knowing that the answer was no, Winnie still couldn’t help but ask one more question.
Aanmaistant, she knew how much effort and energy it took to debug each new perfume, and
Silvia had obviously perfected several best-selling perfumes, yet no one knew it was her.
The halo and the glory were all claimed by that Vivienne, and it’s a shame to think about it.
Silvia smiled, Winnie was looking out for her, she knew that.
“What’s mine will be mine.” She said meaningfully, “Winnie, they will pick up the samples later, you just take care of what I’ve explained.”
“I’ll do it, don’t worry!”
After hanging up the phone, she turned a corner and went straight into Warin’s underground parking lot.
Warin’s company was large and covered an even larger area, the whole building was owned by Warin, and even the underground parking lot was appallingly large.
Fortunately, Simon was prepared and she followed the navigation to drive to the well-located parking space, where Freddie was already waiting
“Miss Silvia please follow me.”
Going up the exclusive straight staircase, Freddie spoke quickly and told her the current situation.
“The information and samples have been given to the project department, and this perfume will be entered tonight, along with Warin’s other two.”
“Thanks.” Silvia nodded her head.
It was already very generous of Simon to make this happen.
Take V. L as an example. From the selection of the theme to the final plan, it was prepared and set
three months before the competition started.
Now, a last minute addition, regardless of whether it will be topped by others, still is a risk that must also be properly evaluated.
Freddie said a few words about it, but she guessed that Warin’s people might not be so easily accepting, and were afraid to use some power to press down.
Tonight, she had to win this game, and she had to win beautifully!
Silvia entered and saw Simon sitting behind a wide desk with a thick pile of papers in his left and right hands.
Perhaps he heard the movement. He looked up, and for a moment Silvia was a little nervous.
“Come here.” He put down his pen.
Silvia walked over to him, he looked up and down, his eyes narrowed, “Are you hurt?”
Once he reminded her, Silvia remembered that the surface of her foot was cut by broken porcelain,
She was about to say that it was okay, when her body suddenly lightened, and he was already picking her up.
