CHAPTER 6
WHEN Clark and Carmina enter the car, it hasn’t start yet.
“Damn you, Clark!” Carmina couldn’t stop herself because of the intense jealousy she felt.
“Damn you, Carmina, for what?”Clark’s voice rose a little. Well, he knows why he said that.
“Yes, damn you! Damn you! “Ahhh!” it screamed.
“Stopped, Carmima. I don’t understand you! ”
“You don’t understand me, Clark. Bullshit! You know the reason why I am like this now? ”
“Oh, you are jealous of her!”
“Yes I am. Why her?”
“Why her? You should ask yourself, Carmina, where were you earlier, huh? ”
“I’m in the fitting room. Why didn’t you wait for me to come out?”
“For what? You didn’t even go out until we finished dancing, did you? Then you say, “I’ll wait for you. Why bother waiting for you?” Actually, he feels guilty. But, he thought it was her-the one he had touched earlier.
“Even so, I’m with you, not her!” she said emphatically.
“Yes, but she’s there, not you!”
“That why? I am mad because of that! And I hate you for what you did! ”
“Carmina, stop this conversation. I’m tired. ”
“Tired? You just danced! ”
“Yeah, I just danced, but I know it’s worth it.”
“Worth it? What?” she asked, even though she knew what Clark was referring to. Of course, it was a baby. That why they went to this place.
Clark just smiled and started the car.
Carmina grumbled at the point of her snout. “Ahhh!” she shouted when she wanted to release her anger.
Clark doesn’t care what she did. He felt so good about what happened just now. Then he thought about what his plan was with Tamara. He smiled strangely when he remembered that woman.
Carmina could see this, which made her blood boil even more. Damn you, Clark! I hate your smile!”
Clark glanced at her. He smiled fully, which made Carmina even more angry.
“Ahhh! Clark, don’t do this to me. I hate you! ”
Clark just shrugged his shoulders. He didn’t care if she was mad at him. Really, he doesn’t care at all.
“Ahhh! What do you like about her? Carmina exclaimed, wanting to know his plan.Material © of NôvelDrama.Org.
“What are you talking about, Carmina?”
“Clark, you know what I mean.” That woman. ”
Clark shook his head. It didn’t matter if he liked the woman or not. His plan to have a baby is important.
“What? Tell me!”
“Shut up, Carmina! You do not have a right to know how I feel. And don’t ask me anything, I hate that! ”
Carmina was suddenly silent when she heard. But in her mind, she would not allow Clark to have a relationship with that woman.
In the shop, the sweet smile on Tamara’s lips could not be removed. Even though she was talking to a customer, she was still smiling.
“You’re having fun all of a sudden, aren’t we?” Emily made a remark to her niece despite knowing the reason.
“Aunty?”
“Yes, I am your Auntie.” You’re not going to defend yourself, are you? ”
“Auntie, what is it for?”
“To say that you are in love with the man you danced with earlier, Tamara.”
“Auntie, that’s not true what you said, ah.”
“So? “Hmmm, I just saw your smile, Tamara. There is a meaning to it.”
“What are you talking about, Auntie? I’m just happy!”
“The question is, why are you happy?”
Tamara looked at her aunt. Yeah, why is she happy?
Emily caught her niece. She looked at her. “Oh, am I right, Tamara?”
Why is Aunty so nice to me now? What did she eat? Tamara thought.
“Hey! Tamara, don’t you look at me? I know I am beautiful! ”
“Aunty, you’re really beautiful, because I’m beautiful too.”
Emily’s smile was so wide, Tamara had only just seen her Aunt smile like that.
I hope you are always like this aunty, kind and smiling, so you look young. Tamara could not tell her.
“Go ahead and finish what you started. When you’re done, we can get home,” she said gently.
Tamara wondered if they were going home; it was still early. She looked at her aunt again.
Don’t look at me like that. I’m being generous to you now, Tamara.
Of course, she might change her mind so she can rest early. Tamara looked away with a smile.
Emily smiled at the sight. I have many sins against you, Tamara. Why was I so grumpy when she didn’t do anything wrong? Is it because of what happened to them with her sister? She sighed deeply.
Well, it’s an old story that Tamara’s mother intervened between them. The love triangle is the reason why they separated as siblings. She even left the child with her. They both fell in love with the same man, but, of course, Tamara’s father can only love her mother.
Tamara’s father was on vacation at their place, and the two sisters were in love with the handsome man. But Tamara’s mother was the one he loved. They got married to the judge only a month after the marriage when her father died in an accident. And Tamara was a three-month fetus. When Tamara was born, and she was only a few months old, her mother left her with her aunt. She is her mother and father’s Even though she has a grumpy attitude towards her, she knows that she loves her very much. She didn’t even finish college because she had enough to finance her studies, so she stopped. She knows that Tamara wants to be a teacher and that it will be finished in just two years. It’s also unfortunate, but there was nothing she could do at the time. She thought she would go into debt, but where would she get the money to pay? This place is just right for their daily needs, and that’s why he doesn’t hire someone to come with them.
“Aunt, I’m done,” Tamara said to her aunt.
Emily will nod at her niece.
Carmina is the first to arrive at their home.
Clark’s car has stopped in front of the gate. Carmina is still sitting still.
“What are you waiting for, Carmina? We’re here at your house.”
“Aren’t you going inside?”
“I said I was tired, did I?”
“You can rest in my room, Clark!” Suddenly, her voice became soft.
Clark gets what she wants the way she talks. “No need, Carmina. My back is looking for my own bed. And besides, I’m not used to sleeping in other people’s houses. What he said was true; he really didn’t want to sleep in other people’s houses, even with his friends when there was a party. Even if he was so drunk, he still went home.
“Clark, you said you were tired, right? “You can rest for a while in my room,” she still insisted.
“I can still drive, Carmina.” Clark doesn’t know himself since, earlier, it’s like he lost his appetite for Carmina. Is it because of the woman who danced in Obando? Maybe this is the effect they danced earlier.
“Even for a while, Clark?” He really wanted to be with the young man.
He was disgusted by her attitude. If she was just a kid, he might have yelled at her already. “Carmina, there are many more days, okay,” he said.
Carmina’s face suddenly brightened upon hearing that. “Okay, you said that.”
Clark waited to see if she would go down, but she hadn’t.
Damn! What else does this woman want?
“Clark?”
“What?”
“Is it like this?”
“What are you talking about?”
“No goodbye kiss!”
To get her to leave, he kissed her on the cheek.
“I’m not your friend, Clark.”
Clark got what she wanted, so he pulled her close and kissed her on the lips.
Carmina immediately grabbed Clark’s lips because of what she did. Clark quickly pulled his lips away. “I need to go now!” he said.
Carmina was so disappointed because of what Clark did. She looked at him. Clark frowned like he said, “Go now.” Then she got out of his car.
After the woman got off, Clark immediately started his car and left.
“You suddenly changed, Clark. I know because of that woman! Ahhh! ” She screamed loudly; she didn’t care if her neighbors could hear her.
“You’re strange, Carmina. I have to stay away from you. I don’t have peace of mind when I’m with you. The only thing you want is to have sex. There is no excitement, no thrill for you. “Maybe if…” he wondered what the name of the person who danced was in Obando. “What’s her name again?” Hmmmm, like Ta… ta… oh, Tamara? She has a Pilipina attitude. Yeah, maybe if she’s the one with me, I feel that I am a man, and he is going to court her. “Hmmm, good idea, why not? Why don’t I give it a shot so I can learn how to court a woman?” Clark’s suddenly had a sweet smile flashed on his lips. And he felt good at the thought of doing it to Tamara. But of course, before he does what he wants, he must first clean his surroundings so that there will be no problem with what he wants to do.
